Company Hours refer to your company's call handling rules during and after your company business hours. In this section of your account, you can choose the following Call Handling settings for your company:

This article guides you on setting up your company hours to automate which call handling rules will be applied based on your Company hours setting. For more information on setting up your Call Handling Rules go to:

How to ​access Company Hours set up:

Go to Admin Portal, and then select Phone System.

Click Auto-Receptionist.

On the General Settings tab, click Company Hours.

Click on the links below to set up your company call handling settings:
 

 Specify your Company Business Hours

NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform this action.

• 24 hours / 7 days a week - Select if you want incoming calls handled the same way all the time, every day.
• Custom Hours - Select if you want incoming calls handled differently when your business is open and when it's closed.

Step 1:

Under Company Hours, select Custom Hours. You may now customize your company hours for each day.

Step 2:

Once changes have been made, click Save.

Set your Company Business Hours to 24 Hours (24 hours, 7 days a week)


NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform this action.

Step 1:

Under Company Hours, select 24 hours. Once this is selected, all incoming calls will be handled the same way all the time.

Step 2:

Once changes have been made, click Save.

Set your Company's Time Zone and Time Format

Setting the correct Timezone ensures that you will not miss any calls when you specify your company's hours of operation. 

NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform this action.

Go to Admin Portal, and then select Phone System.

Click Auto-Receptionist.

On the General Settings tab, select Regional Settings.

Step 5:

Under Regional Settings you may costumize your Time Zone, Home Country Code, and Time Format. After completing your changes, click Save.

NOTE: Set your preferred Time Format. The Time Format you will select will be set as the default for the entire company, unless the User changes their preference in their own extension.
 
• 12 h (example: 11:00 PM)
