1. What is International Calling?

International Calling allows you to call telephone numbers outside the US for a fee. This feature can be enabled or disabled by account administrators through the Office@Hand online account or the Mobile App. To help you manage your costs, this feature is disabled when you first sign up for your Office@Hand account and will have to be activated manually.

2. How is International Calling activated?

International Calling can be activated by Account Administrators via the Office@Hand Online Account.


Step 1:

On your Office@Hand Online Account, click Billing.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Click Billing.

Step 3:

Click International Calling.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Billing - Click International Calling.

Step 4:

Click Enable International Calling.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Billing - International Calling - Click Enable International Calling.

Step 5:

Go over the disclaimer and then click OK.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Billing - International Calling - Review the disclaimer, then click OK.
 

3. What are the rates for calling outside the US?

Each country has different International Calling charges. To view the list of International Calling rates, go to: http://support-officeathand.att.com/internationalrates.

NOTE:  Some countries may not be listed  when International Calling is Enabled. This means that RingCentral has restricted International Calling to those countries. Should you need to reach any of the restricted countries, Contact Support for information.
 

4. How do I know I still have calling credits?

International calling credits can be determined by doing the following:

Click Service Plan.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Billing - Click Service Plan.

Step 3:

Click Usage Info.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Billing - Service Plan - Click Usage Info.

You will a summary of your account's usage information for the current billing cycle. Information such as Included Toll-Free Credits, Toll-Free Usage, Calling Credits, and International Calling Credits can be viewed under Usage Info.
