Directory Listing enables business details to be published in the National Local Directory Assistance. Once your company details are published, potential customers can readily and easily locate your business.

How to Publish your Company Info to the Directory Listing 


Step 1:

Log in to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account.

Step 2:

Hover over Tools, then click Directory Assistance.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Hover on Tools, then click Directory Assistance.

Step 3:

Enter the required information in the provided fields, then click Next.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Tools - Directory Assistance - Review Listing Details, then click Next.

Step 4:

Tick the checkbox to confirm that you agree to the terms of service.
Click Publish.

NOTE:  To review the RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T End User Licensing Agreement, click here.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Tools - Directory Assistance - Review Listing Details - Tick I agree to the terms of service, then click Publish.

Step 5:

A confirmation window appears once the information was successfully submitted.
Click OK to proceed.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Tools - Directory Assistance - Publish Confirmation - Click OK.


NOTEStatus will display whether the listing details have been published or not.

How to Remove your Company Info to the Directory Listing 

 

Step 1:

Log in to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account.

Step 2:

Hover over Tools, then click Directory Assistance.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Hover on Tools, then click Directory Assistance.

Step 3:

Under Listing Details, click Remove Listing.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Tools - Directory Assistance - Listing Details - Click Remove Listing.

Step 4:

A confirmation window will display that your request to remove the business information have been submitted successfully. Click OK to proceed.

On RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account - Admin Portal - Tools - Directory Assistance - Listing Details - Remove Listing - Confirmation - Click OK.
